Hello and thank you for visiting my site,

I’m Julie Rae and I’m a registered mental health practitioner, approved holistic therapist, writer, and educator. For me, this transition has been a natural progression, using all of my skills to offer a range of expertise in mental wellbeing, emotional and holistic health and life skills. I use blended, creative and integrative methods and techniques from both conventional and alternative health practices to help my clients to achieve their desired goals. In this way we create together a bespoke coaching therapy package which we will craft together during the initial, free consultation. The packages may include for example, anxiety and stress support, along with strategies for improving sleep, managing changeable mood levels more efficiently and using effective communication techniques for improving our close relationships.

During a free 15–20-minute consultation we will explore what you would like help with and the techniques and resources that we can plan to use during this exciting journey back to your best self. When our sessions together reach their conclusion, we will ensure that I have helped you to meet your goals and that I have provided you with the best information and support to enable you to enjoy continued improvements in your health, wellness and life. I will also give you a summary of our journey together with what has worked well and suggestions for further improvements to maintain this fresh, new you.
